A birthday party is a luxury that neither shelters nor families can afford. But every child deserves to be celebrated on their birthday. When you help give the gift of a birthday party, you're providing normalcy in the lives of homeless children.

The Volunteers of America Family Shelter in Sacramento hosts monthly birthday parties for the children in temporary residence.
